 Anti-Oxidant-al
Cocktail

We frequently refer
to Mixologist
Melodie Buell of
Organic Nation
Spirits in Southern
Oregon. Well, we
decided to ask her
to come up a drink
with anti-oxidant
ingredients. As
usual, she liked the
challenge. We hope
you'll like the
results when you try
it, we sure did.

In a Blender:
Blueberries
Marionberries (I
suggest Stahlbush
Island Farms, which
can be found in your
frozen food section
at your local Co-op
or Specialty store)
Huckleberries (If
you can find them)
Add ½ teaspoon of
Agave
In a Shaker combine:
Ice
2 oz of your
Anti-Oxidant Puree
2 oz of Organic
Nation Gin
½ oz Orange Liqueur
Shake till the
shaker is too cold
to touch
Pour into a 7 oz
Martini glass (or
Larger)
Top with Bubbly Wine
and a Large Sprig of
Mint |
