Gordon Ramsey Faces Off With
a Buffalo!

Hot-headed celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsey has a great sense of humor. In his efforts to make the first batch of Mozzarella Cheese ever made in Scotland, he attempts to ride a buffalo.

This is an interesting video, showing how Mozzarella Cheese is actually made.

Mozzarella comes from the Italian verb mozzare, meaning to cut. Originally the term Mozzarella was used for Italian Cheeses that were made using spinning and cutting. Mozzarella di Bufala is made from domesticated water buffalo milk, as shown in this video.

Mozzarella fior de latte is made from fresh cow's milk and low-moisture mozzarella is made from skim milk. The cheese is usually white but the color can vary depending on what the animal eats. It is meant to be eaten fresh but can be kept in the refrigerator for a month.

Mozzarella is good to use in pizza, lasagna, or served with fresh tomato slices with basil.

Our Mission: Our Mission: "Big Blend Magazine is a company based on the belief that education is the most formidable weapon that can be waged against fear, ignorance and prejudice.
It is our belief that education starts at home and branches outward. Education leads to travel, and travel leads to understanding, tolerance, and appreciation of cultures and customs different to our own, and ultimately to world peace. Our company is further based on the principle that networking, communication, and helping others to promote and market themselves leads to financial stability; thus paving the way to better education, travel, and the spirit of giving back to the community."
