Just What the Doctor Ordered!

Insurance companies are responding to these tough economic
times by designing lower cost health insurance plans.
Although maximizing your coverage with a major medical plan
is the preferred choice, during tough times it is not always
affordable. Here are some options they may be just what you
need until our economy recovers or health reform dictates
new choices.
Limited Access plans offered by Assurant Health offer a wide
range of benefits with premiums starting at just $61 for a
child to $279 for an adult (Age 51-63). For families $277
to $756 depending on age and family size. These plans are
available in most states and honored by most doctors and
hospitals. (Pricing may vary slightly in some states). The
coverage includes but is not limited to $25 office visit
co-pays, $10 generic RX. Other services include: Surgical
benefits, Ambulance, Emergency Room, Daily Hospital, Life
Insurance and more. Lifetime Maximum $1 million
Another type of plan called the Mini-Medical Package
offered by AIM Health Plans may be just enough to cover your
greatest concerns:
$7,500 or $10,000 Accident Injury Benefit, no limit on
number of accidents.
$25,000 or $50,000 AD&D, for primary insured persons.
Accident Disability, pays $400 per month, pays up to one
year, 90 day waiting period
Nurse on Call
World-Doc
Emergency Travel
Legal Plan (part of the Protector Plus package only)
Eligibility Details
Available in 47 states. (Not available in HI, VT or WA)
Issue ages are 18 thru 64.
No medical questions. Guaranteed Issue.
Can be used as a bridge for high deductible major
medical plans.
One time $30.00 non-refundable enrollment fee.
Start dates 1st of any month. Enroll by the 24th of the
month prior.
