animal communicatorsLaura Lluellyn-Lassiter
Animal Communicator

Laura was raised by her mother and grandmother. As a child, she was always encouraged to use her intuitive abilities in every aspect of life and walking between two worlds was a natural way of being. Realizing at an early age that everything was an expression of an Intelligence that could be found everywhere, she discovered talking with animals, plants, rocks, water and anything else that most people considered to  be of lower consciousness, effortless and profound. Laura also remembered her purpose in this life was to help raise the awareness that animals were sentient beings .

For over 40 years, Laura has been an animal communicator.  She devotes her energies helping people remember how to speak the Universal Language by going beyond the logical and allowing the Intelligence that created the Universe to be felt and heard within the heart.  She has studied Holistic Health and the Healing Arts including Chinese medicine, animal nutrition, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Dowsing, Crystal Healing, Color Therapy, Flower Essences, Animal Aromatherapy, Nutritional Kinesiology, Herbs, Homeopathy, and Quantum Healing. She is certified as a Reiki Master and  in Matrix Energetics.

Certified as an EARS and CHAART volunteer, she serves as an animal advocate, ambassador and rescuer. She also donates her time as an Animal Communicator to assist animal welfare organizations such as Big Cat Rescue to help animals that have been abused, abandoned, neglected, rescued from fur farms or who were former “pets” adjust to captivity. She also donates her abilities to volunteers of rescue groups who walk “death row” pulling animals that are destined for death even if they are on the euthanasia table.  During disasters, she has been instrumental in networking and organizing aid to animals in need.

Laura teaches animal communication classes in the local community and has helped to raise funds for the SPCA of Tampa Bay. She has been a speaker for audiences ranging from rescue groups, petsitting organizations, bookstores, health food stores and veterinarian practices introducing awareness of animals’ deep connections with us and how they mirror our inner landscape. She also works with several veterinarians who refer to her skills as a medical intuitive and when animals are in transition of leaving their physical bodies.

She is also a writer and has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers including The Wag Mag and The Big Cat Times.  Working as a volunteer for Big Cat Rescue, in addition to monthly hours helping to keep the cats, she has written over 5 personalized story books for children and a blog in which she talks with the big cats. Articles Laura has written for Big Cat Rescue can be found on their website in addition to her podcasts. Laura has also been featured in two segments of the TV series “Real Strange.”

Laura is currently focusing on the environment and wildlife concerns. Addressing issues such as competition for depleting resources, species extinction and how humans can cooperate with nature is a priority. She is also determined to establish an Animal's Bill of Rights that will support the end of cruelty and abuse whether through animal experimentation, over population or cultural traditions.

Our Mission: Our Mission: "Big Blend Magazine is a company based on the belief that education is the most formidable weapon that can be waged against fear, ignorance and prejudice.
It is our belief that education starts at home and branches outward. Education leads to travel, and travel leads to understanding, tolerance, and appreciation of cultures and customs different to our own, and ultimately to world peace. Our company is further based on the principle that networking, communication, and helping others to promote and market themselves leads to financial stability; thus paving the way to better education, travel, and the spirit of giving back to the community."
