Jeffrey Spear wears many hats. Working under the SpearWrites banner, Jeffrey is a journalist, food writer, television presenter, educator, keynote speaker and cookbook author, engaging with both trade and consumer publications and media outlets. With 45+ years of in-depth experience, he covers emerging trends and buyer preferences in food and foodservice industries, exciting travel, dining and tourism destinations, culinary tools and gadgets, and all of the other important issues that impact and influence the way in which the world embraces food, cooking, dining, and travel.
