Oven Roasted Barbecue Chicken

1 Whole Chicken, cut-up
1 Tbsp. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp. Granulated Garlic
1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
¼ Cup Sugar-free Hickory Barbecue Sauce
Juice of half of an Orange
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1tsp. Sriracha
2 Tbsp. Sugar-free Teriyaki Sauce
¼ Cup Spicy Szechuan Pepper Sauce


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and then add in the chicken, making sure it is well coated.

Let it sit in bowl at room temperature for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a baking sheet with oil and put the chicken and all of the sauce on the sheet.

Cook for 30-45 minutes. Serves 4.
