Now in its second printing, Ruth’s book “Cooking with Love: Ventures into the New Israeli Cuisine.” will intrigue you with the variety of exotic, delicious, easy-to-prepare and healthy recipes and foods associated with Mediterranean and Israeli cuisine. Ruth is working on her second cookbook, “Family Time,” that explores exciting new variations on traditional, everyday recipes while at the same time trying to re-engage children and their parents in the special joy and fun of cooking, eating, and drinking together.

RUTH MILSTEIN was born in Israel and graduated from Tel Aviv University. After earning a master’s degree in art and journalism, she went on to study Jewelry Design in Israel and the U.S. Having made a career in designing jewelry, eventually she followed her real passion- food and cooking. Ruth was always looking for ways to improve and develop different dishes from various cultures and ethnicities. With her extensive travel in Europe and the U.S. combined with original family recipes, Ruth has created the “New Israeli Cuisine” in her book “Cooking With Love.” Ruth currently resides in California with her husband Howard, a wine specialist, who also contributes to her books.
