PISTOU

On Big Blend Radio, five-Star Chef Ivan Flowers shares how to make Pistou, that’s chock-full of fresh basil, and features a tasty blend of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, spinach, lemon juice, plus, jalapeno and sweet chili.
Serves 4
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, minced
2 Cups Fresh Basil
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
½ A Jalapeno, finely diced & seeds removed
½ Tsp. Sweet Chili
Juice of 1 Lemon
Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until desired consistency.
