PISTOU

Serves 4

 

1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Clove Garlic, minced

2 Cups Fresh Basil

1 Cup Fresh Spinach

½ A Jalapeno, finely diced & seeds removed

½ Tsp. Sweet Chili

Juice of 1 Lemon

 

Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until desired consistency.
